About Alexandra

Hi! I'm Alex, a 27-year-old medical student with 9 years of tutoring experience. I earned my bachelor's degree from LSU and a Master of Science from SELU, and I'm passionate about helping students build confidence and succeed academically. I provide homework help, weekly review of class material, study strategies for quizzes and exams, and ACT preparation. I focus on helping students truly understand concepts while developing strong study habits that carry into future classes. I also have experience working with students with dyslexia and ADHD, and I tailor my tutoring approach to match each student's individual learning style. I have worked with multiple families through Care. com and can provide references upon request. I am currently accepting middle school and high school students.
