Allie was with us for about 6 months. My daughter was 2.5 at the time and absolutely loved Allie. She was caring, calm, and always patient. While I was working, I never had to even think about the well-being of my child. I always felt at ease knowing that she was in good hands with Allie. Allie would bring arts and crafts for them to do and would come up with creative ways for them to play together. She was amazing. The only reason we no longer have her with us is because she moved. I would hire her again in a heartbeat. Don't hesitate to hire Allie, she is a gem.
