Alex was extremely professional and proactive. She was patient with our infant (who fights her sleep very hard and takes a lot of effort to calm down). She elicited and respected our requests/preferences. She was very flexible with us when we had to make a few changes intermittently to our schedule. We wish we were staying in the area so that we could keep hiring her because our infant loves her. I strongly recommend her!
