About Alexandra

Hello! I have a degree in Child and Youth Studies. I have experience with kids aged 0-13. While in college, I was a nanny for the same wonderful family for 4 years, interned with Special Olympics and for a preschool that specialized in kids with special needs. Duties that I have fulfilled for my previous families include; cooking, cleaning, laundry, driving them to and from activities, appointments and school, and assisting with homework. I like to keep kids active and engaged with fun activates like; going to the park, visiting museums, going for walks and more. When at home I believe play is important and a great way for kids to learn. I have tailored my home to be a safe and nurturing environment that fosters learning and fun. I have glowing letters of recommendation and references from previous families that I am happy to provide upon request. I have two children of my own, boy/ girl twins, who will be one in March. I am looking to bring one child into my home starting in July.
