Hi, I'm Alexa! My pet and child sitting career began in high school, as they often do! I mostly took care of pets and family friends' children. I was a camp counselor for several summers on the East Coast, for children ages 9, 12, and 15-17. I was a Community Assistant (like an RA) for 2 years at Brown University and was a Summer RA twice at Brown for high school students taking courses on campus. I studied environmental science, biology and theater at Brown and have a MBA from Presidio Graduate School. I was laid off from my job in corporate sustainability at a bike company this summer, but it's allowing me to pursue voice acting (think audio books, product launches, etc) while working as a tutor, house and child sitter part-time.
