I hired Alex as a live-in caregiver for my 2 year old German Shorthaired Pointer dog, Dutchess for 1 week. Dutchess is very important to me and I had never been gone that long, so I was extremely anxious about it. However, Alex assured me before and during my week vacation that everything would run smoothly. That is totally an understatement. Alex is professional, punctual and knows the right questions to ask (does your dog have allergies, where do you keep dog cleaning supplies, treats, etc.), even things I didn't think about! Another thing about Alex I really appreciated, was her ability to check in at the right moments & send photo updates! I never felt like she was intruding on my vacation, but also assuring me everything was okay while I was gone. Bonus is that Alex is a very active dog sitter and really helped my pup get her steps in and she collected my mail. She is extraordinary and I feel very comfortable leaving Dutchess in her hands. I will absolutely hire her again.
