If you’re on the fence, just hire her already!! Alexandra (Lexie) cared for my son, S., from age two into three, and she was exceptional in every way. She followed our care instructions to a T, kept his meals on track, and (most importantly) kept him enriched and engaged. Every day had something thoughtful: art projects, read-aloud time, and little math activities tailored to where he was developmentally. We held off on childcare until S. was old enough to advocate for himself, but with Alexandra/Lexie I always felt 100% trust. She’s calm, present, and genuinely tuned in to kids. S. absolutely adored her, and I loved coming home to a happy, curious kid and a tidy space. Reliable, kind, and truly invested in children, Alexandra (Lexie) is the real deal. If she’s available, grab her before someone else does!!
