Balancing bringing joy to the children I care for and peace to the adults that trust them in my care is what I'm all about! My previous babysitting experiences showed me the positive impact I could have not just on the young ones, but the families too by offering reliable, consistently positive childcare. I have two years of formal experience caring for children aged 0-11, and have worked professionally as a nonprofit director since graduating college at CSU. Parents appreciate my patient, friendly, and enthusiastic personality. I never panic or feel overwhelmed, and am known to make peace in the chaos, especially among sibling craziness :) I provide daily reports and open communication at pickup, always respecting your preferred method. I am comfortable enforcing household rules without overstepping my role, and I love outdoor games, board games, and educational activities. Transportation and pets are not a problem.
