Working with kids with autism has really taught me to be more patient and understanding. I've learned that every child is different, so I have to adjust how I help and communicate with them. It feels really rewarding when I build trust with them and see them grow, even in small ways. This experience has helped me realize how important it is to create a safe and supportive environment where they feel comfortable and valued.
