About Alexandra Jae

Our country is not kind to people as they age and definitely not kind and supportive to people as they navigate disability. It feels incredibly important to me to be a compassionate, supportive, patient, and understanding fellow traveler as we move through life. We are all dependent on others no matter how hard our society pushes us to be independent, so I want to show up for my community using the skills I have. I'm also a Therapist and a Death Doula and it feels important that I utilize the skills that I've learned while working with others even if I am not doing therapy or being a doula in those moments. I wear many hats, literally and figuratively and bring humor, kindness, gentleness, and compassion to all my caregiving.
