My family hired Alexandra in June 2024 to provide overnight care for our 92-year-old aunt Marlene. From day one, she demonstrated genuine concern and compassion for our aunt. Marlene appreciated her willingness to take time for small talk and amusing stories. This simple gesture helped to build trust between them and was an excellent way for Marlene to relax before bed. Alexandra would sometimes offer recommendations for products to use or techniques to try to improve Marlene’s care. In consultation with Marlene’s doctor, we sometimes followed up on these recommendations, and other times did not. Alexandra was always kind and professional in accepting our decisions. We were lucky enough to have Alexandra as part of our care team for 15 months before my aunt moved to an assisted living facility. I would highly recommend her.
