From the moment Allie joined our family in August 2024, she quickly became so much more than a nanny to us. She truly became part of our family. Allie is incredibly responsible, reliable, and always punctual, but what truly sets her apart is how intuitive she is. I trusted her completely with our children, and that trust only deepened over time. She anticipated needs before they were ever voiced, whether it was understanding the kids’ moods, adjusting the day as needed, or stepping in seamlessly when extra support was required. It comes naturally to her. Since I worked from home, I saw firsthand how consistent and present she was. She was always there for a quick chat or check in, and it genuinely felt like having a trusted friend in our home every day. She brought a sunny disposition and consistently positive presence that made our household feel calmer and happier. Knowing our children were with Allie gave us complete peace of mind. We are endlessly grateful for the time she spent with our family and the love and care she gave our children.
