About Alexandra

Alex was really nice and polite always on time and very responsive. Unfortunately I didn't feel Alex was not very attentive or helpful unless specific instructions or requests were given, including lunch plans for the kids. But when instructions and requests were given Alex did a great job in following through. Alex was Not as aware of the surroundings as I would've expected. -example when my three dogs were let out to play only two were let back in, communication from Alex that One was missing and my pet was gone, nothing was communicated until I was on my way home and was contacted by my daughter who was in tears. I had to call and inquire with Alex myself. The dog was later found at animal control. ( very abnormal behavior for this specific pet) Example 2 went out doing personal errands and telling my son he could go to the park the plans were changed because he forgot his water bottle on a hot day instead of picking one up at the store she was at. She canceled 4 weeks early.
