I love working with kids because it's rewarding to help support their growth, build their confidence, and create a positive environment where they feel safe and encouraged. I'm looking for a positive and supportive environment where I can continue to grow and make a meaningful impact. I value clear communication, and a role where I can build strong relationships, especially with the kids and families I work with. I started working with kids in high school, where I consistently babysat a set of triplets along with their 4-year-old sibling for a couple of years. That experience helped me build patience, responsibility, and strong communication skills while caring for multiple children at once. My skills include engaging with children, planning and participating in activities, and maintaining consistent routines.
