About Alexandra

I've always had a passion for working with children, and now as a childcare provider. I work as a pediatric CNA at a subacute facility working with kids newborn to 18, I want to eventually be a pediatric nurse. I find great joy in supporting families and providing reliable care for their little ones. My patient and friendly nature helps me connect with children, creating a safe and nurturing environment for them to thrive. I believe in open communication with parents, regularly updating them about their child's day and promptly addressing any issues that arise. I follow the parents' preferred communication method and respect their parenting style, while gently enforcing household rules as needed. With my one year of experience, I'm comfortable caring for up to three children, ranging from toddlers to preteens. I enjoy engaging them in various activities, including outdoor sports, board games, puzzles, and educational apps.
