About Alexandra

My name is Lexi and I'm 22 years old with an Associate's Degree. I don't have a lot of full-time nanny experience but I'm very diligent and focused when I'm working or caring for children! Working at a daycare has given me opportunity to do what I truly love; caring for and nurturing children. I've gained-hands on experience with children from 8 weeks-13 years old, and am confident in my ability to manage routines and guide behavior positively. I understand how important communication is, not just with children, but with their families. My time in daycare has also helped me grow personally, becoming more organized and patient. I've developed strong multi-tasking skills and a deep understanding of childhood development.
