Alex is super responsive, communicative, and flexible which was great for us as we had a young child with appointments and different activities that interrupted regular hours. I work from home and many times I would hear my child squealing and laughing from the other room, and walked in to see her laying on the floor at eye level playing. She is very attentive and follows through on the schedule and rules you may have for your child… She acted as an extension of me and was a total gem!
