Looking for a one to two times a week nanny job starting in AUGUST, ideally 6-8 hours with a loving family of a baby/toddler! My current nanny family is moving to London at the end of July. :) I am a labor and delivery/postpartum nurse, looking for something to do on my days off :) Eventually wanting to start a family of my own, so a family who is flexible, looking for someone in the meantime before their baby goes to daycare/preschool is ideal. We cannot say enough great things about Alex! Being a first time mom, I was anxious to leave anyone new with our baby. Alex joined us when our little one was 6 months old and she instantly put me at ease. She was super communicative, checking in frequently and always respecting our wishes/requests. She was patient with us as first time parents and early on gained our trust, which is so important when finding a nanny. I instantly felt so comfortable leaving our little one with Alex. She worked with us on baby led weaning as well as starting naps in the crib and was so patient through all of it. If she was ever unsure about anything she always asked which we really liked. Our little one was not the best sleeper so I was so glad to see how patient, calm and kind Alex was working on establishing a nap routine with her. Alex is a genuine and sweet person. We were so sad to say goodbye to her when our little one went to daycare, but we already have a date night booked with her, and look forward to seeing her for other as needed nannying!! :)
