Alex has been with us for the last couple of months now helping us take care of our Dad who is in hospice at home. He has also been helpful with staying with both my Dad and brother (who has special needs) when I'm out running errands. Alex is hardworking and motivated. Very conscientious. He is always willing to go the extra mile with a few extra things around the house for which I am very grateful. Alex's hearing impairment hasn't been an issue for us at all-he's an excellent lip reader and texter. Our communication has been very good. Alex is warm and personable, and he's a pleasure to have in our home. I'm so glad he was available when we needed him and I would highly recommend him.
