Communication was good, and she was polite throughout the process. However, she was unable to start as scheduled due to transportation issues, despite previously indicating that she had backup transportation available. She was scheduled to begin at 7:00am, and at 7:21am I received a message stating that we should find another sitter. Unfortunately, she did not show up for the scheduled start time, which created a significant inconvenience.
