Hi, I'm Alex, a compassionate, dependable caregiver with 7+ years of in-home and facility experience, a bachelor's in Kinesiology and a master's in Health & Wellness Promotion and Fitness Management. I've supported clients with Alzheimer's, dementia, MS, quadriplegia, vision loss, mobility challenges, and hospice needs. I assist with bathing, dressing, toileting, feeding, transfers, medication reminders, meals, errands, transportation, and light housekeeping. My experience includes feeding tubes, tracheostomy care, and breathing treatments, following care instructions. Warm, patient, and upbeat with a sense of humor, I enjoy conversation, puzzles, cards, dominoes, and activities tailored to each client. I offer guided exercise for strength, balance, and flexibility and support with therapist-prescribed home exercises.
