About Alexa

Supporting the eldery and the well-being of others is something I'm very passionate about and have made a career out of. While I may be young, I have two years of hands-on experience in senior care specifically in memory care and have worked in all aspects of care, from serving meals and assisting with activities to providing direct caregiving. I have experience assisting with ADLs such as bathing, dressing, toileting, mobility, and personal hygiene. I'm patient, dependable, and compassionate, and I always make sure those in my care feel respected, comfortable, and supported. I'm comfortable working with individuals living with dementia or Alzheimer's, including those who may experience confusion, agitation, or combativeness, and I'm confident in handling these situations with patience and adaptability. I also know CPR and have had first aid training.
