About Alexa

Nurturing young minds is more than a job for me; it's a passion. My four years of experience caring for children of all ages, from toddlers to pre-teens, have solidified my desire to positively impact their lives. I hold a college degree with course work in childhood development, psychology and more! Besides child care I have worked as a preschool teacher and I'm currently working as a youth sports coach. I am patient, creative, and friendly. I enjoy playing outdoor sports, board games, and educational games with children. I am comfortable caring for two children at a time. I can help with cooking, meal preparation, carpooling, and crafts. I follow the parents' lead on household rules and communicate using their preferred method. I am also CPR and First Aid trained.
