About Alexa

Nurturing young minds is my passion. With seven years of experience as a camp counselor, babysitter, and daycare assistant, I've grown to love caring for children. I'm a nearly dual-certified teacher in Special and Childhood Education. I'm working towards my masters in Early Childhood Special Education. I am patient, calm, friendly, and approachable. I have a college degree and coursework in Early Child Development. I am also a Certified Teacher with First Aid Training and CPR Training. I follow the parents' lead when enforcing household rules and communicate with them using their preferred method. I enjoy playing outdoor sports, board games, puzzles, and educational games. I'm comfortable caring for one child. I am willing to help with carpooling, light housekeeping, and travel. I hope to bring my enthusiasm for learning and development to your family!
