About Alexa

Hi! My name is Alexa, and I'm a rising senior at Arizona State University, where I study Finance. I'll be spending my summer in San Diego this year and I'm looking for summer job; my experience in childcare drew me to this app. l've worked with children in many different settings for about 5 years now. I started as a swim instructor teaching infants through 12-year-olds, then spent a year in high school nannying for a family handling after-school pick-ups, homework help, dinner prep, and rides to practice. Freshman year of college, I assisted a mom with her two toddlers: taking them to the park, doing light housework, and helping with daily routines. Most recently, I worked with a family for over a year watching a 5th-grade boy after school, providing a consistent and supportive routine each day. l'm CPR and First Aid certified through the American Red Cross, and I have my own car, so transportation is no issue. I'd love to help however I can!
