About Alexa

Hi! I'm a dependable, patient, and caring caregiver with experience working with children from newborns through preschool age. I especially enjoy creating a calm, safe, and positive environment where children feel comfortable, supported and encouraged. I previously worked with preschool-aged children in an after-school program for about a year, and I also babysat through middle and high school. In addition, I regularly help care for my two nephews (ages 2 and 5), which has given me continued hands-on experience. I'm currently CPR certified and comfortable helping with meals, homework, transportation and maintaining family routines. I'm interested in caring for children from newborn to 5 years old and understand the importance of patience, communication and making families feel confident and at ease. My goal is always to provide dependable care while helping children feel safe, happy and supported.
