Hi everyone! My name is Alexa. I am majoring in Elementary Education at UNCW. I've worked with kids in both after school programs and summer camp at the YMCA as a counselor for 5 years. I want to be a teacher because it's important to me that every child feels seen. Children always love coming to talk to me about life and they know I will listen. In my free time I love to listen to pop music, watch tv and movies, workout, and play with my cat Percy. I'm looking for a short term job for 3 months (October-December) as I go back to school in January.
