Hi, I'm Lexi! The oldest of 5 siblings two of them being neurodivergent (ASD and ADHD) gave me incredible compassion for children. Working with kids that have disabilities or medical needs has been a focus, specifically ASD, ADHD, retts, G-tubes, CP and more. I've been nannying/house managing and babysitting for over 5 years. Comfortable with 3m-12+ and experience working with family of multiples at a young age. The past two years I've been a credentialed registered behavior technician for kids (2y-11y) on the spectrum. I specialized in naturalistic teaching focusing on social and emotional development to help them gain a sense of confidence in themselves and the world around them! My heart is in making sure any children I provide care to receive a warm, gentle, safe space to flourish in. I'm super silly and love creating fun activities to keep kids busy!
