Hi! My name is Alexa, and I have several years of experience working with children of all ages through both education and caregiving. I currently work in education and have experience supporting children with different learning styles, personalities, and needs. I'm passionate about creating a safe, patient, and fun environment where kids feel comfortable, supported, and encouraged to grow. In addition to my professional experience, I'm also a mom, which has given me an even deeper understanding of the importance of dependable and compassionate care. I love engaging kids through creative activities, outdoor play, learning opportunities, and helping build routines that make everyone's day smoother. Families would describe me as caring, reliable, calm under pressure, and easy to communicate with.
