About Alessia

Hi! My name is Alessia and I am looking for a family in need of a part time babysitter over my winter break (December 8-January 24)! With a year's worth of experience working the child care at LA Fitness, I believe I bring a patient and friendly approach to the childcare experience. I've been responsible of 8+ children at a time ranging from ages 0-10 so I am confident that I can take on any challenge after that! Additionally, I've taken a Child & Family Studies course in college, which helped me learn about child development, communication, and creating positive learning moments through play. My skills include cooking, light housekeeping, travel assistance, and swimming supervision. I recently obtained my BLS certification, and I have completed early childhood development coursework at the University of Tennessee.
