I hired Alessandra for a recurring job for two week days about one and a half weeks before I needed her to start. She assured me that she was available those days and was very interested and she accepted the job. She messaged me the night before and saying she was taking another job. Because it wasn't even 24 hours until I expected her to start it left me in quite an awkward position and I had to take days off work and start my search again. The last minute cancellation and looking for another job after accepting mine was very disappointing. I do not recommend her as you cannot rely on her to be transparent or responsible in giving adequate notice if she changes her mind about a job.
