About Alessandra

Hello! My name is Alessandra. I am recent graduate with a Bachelors degree in psychology, and have been working in various childcare roles for over 6 years- from travel nanny to camp counselor. I have experience caring for children as young as 3 months old, but love working with kids of all ages! I love to engage in pretend play with kids, using skills I have learned from theatre to help bring their imagination and self expression to life, but can apply my knowledge of child development to encourage and guide development for children of any age. I am familiar with the Montessori and Reggio Emilia educational philosophies and apply their principles constantly! I am a high-energy and playful caregiver, and a reliable worker who would love the opportunity to meet your family :)
