Experience: 10 yrs
I'm strongest with infants, toddlers, and young children, and families usually describe me as calm, dependable, warm, and easy to trust. I've been caring for children and supporting families for over 10 years. Before becoming a nanny, I worked in a child development center as both a teacher and Assistant Director. That gave me a strong background in child development, but what I enjoy most is working directly with families and giving children the kind of one-on-one care that helps them feel safe, secure, and well cared for. I'm patient, attentive, and naturally nurturing. I love planning age-appropriate activities based on a child's interests, along with play, simple routines, and outdoor time that help the day run more smoothly. I'm also very comfortable preparing healthy meals for children and working with picky eaters. If you're looking for someone experienced, caring, and easy to have in your home, I'd love to hear more about your family's needs.
Alesia is a God send. She has been our nanny for a few months now to my 7 month old and she is AMAZING. She works in milestones with him, is very engaging and working with us to sleep train. She has such an amazing joy that she brings with her each day! She is also very relatable and works with me and my boyfriend and our schedules! I HIGHLH recommend her!
