Alesandra was very sweet and personable. I hired her almost immediately, for a 3x week nannying job. Day one she engaged with my one year old and he warmed up to her quickly, even cried when she had left for the day. Unfortunately after one full day she realized she couldn't commit to our schedule due to her busy schedule. Alesandra was aware of these times and days before hiring. She even cancelled the day before a scheduled day due to a prior engagement that she had forgotten about. We were pretty bummed but appreciated her communicating with us.
