Alena has been such an amazing asset to our lives, she's been babysitting for us for nearly three weeks for us and our son absolutely adores her. She is incredibly kind, dependable, and flexible. I once was stuck at work, what was supposed to be a four-hour shift for her turned into a nine. She has a very approachable demeanor, my son took to her very well. She listened to our hopes for our son's routine and stuck to them. She is a quick responder. I will be so sad when she eventually has to leave us, as will our son.
