I had hired Ale twice and I told her how important communication is to me. I understand that sometimes when you start a new job, the vibes don't mesh and you'd rather walk away from it. So I told her, if you feel like this isn't the job or we're not the family for you, please just communicate it to me and all else will be fine. That way I'm not blindsided. She I guess didn't feel the vibe, which would have been fine, but instead of just telling me with a quick call or text, she completely ghosted us and left us without care. It was extremely unprofessional and I was truly disappointed by her lack of judgement and maturity. I feel like she'd be amazing with the right family, but with me it's been a pretty poor experience. I gave the rating I did off of the two times she did watch my kids, but I wanted to share my experience regardless.
