My name is Alelia everyone call me Lilly. I am a CNA\HHA been in healthcare field for 18 years, various long-term care patients ranging from 2 to 7 years. Hand-On Work experience with various diagnoses:Alzheimer's , dementia , Parkinson's , ALS , MS , diabetes , rheumatoid arthritis , cancer recovery , surgeries , hospice care , bedbound patient congestive heart failure, palliative care, kidney failure, COPD . hands-on trained with medical equipment .

Although I did not directly hire Alelia I was around quite a bit to observe her excellent care for my cousin.  She is very skilled as well as compassionate and her communication ability is off the charts!  She is a must hire!

Lilly has been my mom’s caregiver for over 3 years now. She helps my mom with bathing and dressing. Takes care of her meals and does her laundry for her and light house keeping. She also does medication management. She takes my mom to her doctors appointments as well. She is very trustworthy and we are lucky to have her

Alelia is very professional and very good at her job. She helped us take care of our bed bound Mom on a very short notice. She is very knowledgeable on wound care. Mom difficult bedsore wounds were healed within a few days. Alelia was attentive and caring on Mom’s personal hygiene needs. She is dependable and reliable,

Alelia cared for my mother while she was recovering from surgery. She is a skilled caregiver. She has a positive, upbeat personality which is very helpful when someone is experiencing physical discomfort or challenges. I found her to be responsive and easy to communicate with. Alelia seems flexible and able to work in a variety of settings. I am grateful for the care she provided.

I interviewed and hired Alelia to assist in helping me care for my 85 year old mother who has Alzheimer's. She has a lot of experience and genuinely cares for her clients/patients.  She has been so helpful in getting my mom to bathe and stay clean to prevent UTIs , she makes sure that she uses her walker to prevent falls, helps remind her to take her medication and always makes sure she has a got cup of tea and helps feed her meals. I am so glad Alelia took the position to help us! She is wonderful!

Lilly was asked to appear at a job (given the phone number, address and time to appear) and never did; I gave her an hour to respond. Very disappointing when someone says they are good for something days in advance and then gives no concern about your time. The other 'glowing' reviews have to be fraudulent. I also will consult with care.com if this is the norm; if so, I will be looking into another service.

Lily worked for us for a few weeks part time taking care of my husband who has Parkinson's and dementia.  She is a CNA and was so good about taking his vitals everyday and making notes about his condition throughout the time she was here.  According to my husband, who is a fall risk, she was right by his side any time he got up.  She also offered to make us meals.  She made us a great pot roast.  I can't recommend her more.

Lilly worked for us for a few weeks caring for my 91-year-old parents. She is very knowledgeable and professional in the care she provides. She had great communication and let me know when health concerns arose. She was an excellent cook, preparing tasty and nutritious meals from fresh foods with their specific health needs in mind. I would highly recommend making Lilly a part of your care provider team!

Lily is dependable, efficient and caring. She took care of my parents and I was pleased to always say that they were taken care of with such proficiency.

Alelia (Lilly) has been one of our night time caregivers for our disabled, house-bound sister who has round the clock care, and because of her constant pain can be rude and insensitive.  Lilly is an absolute professional, not letting the behavior of the client interfere with her job, and providing consistent and excellent care.  Lilly also does a good job at communicating status to us as well as the other caregivers on duty.Lilly is punctual and attentive.  I would highly recommend Lilly for your loved one.

Although I have not used Alelia (Lilly) through Care, I have used her in the past to care for a disabled housebound family member during the night.  Lilly was extremely professional and knowledgeable, as well as respectful, knowing that the patient could at times be rude and demanding.  Lilly kept me appraised of issues, was always punctual, and was very good at communicating with me and the other caregivers.  I would highly recommend Lilly for any of our family needs.  Your loved one will be in good hands.

With her exceptional training and superb caregiver skills/instincts, it would be fair to say that Alelia saved my life this past weekend.

I have had Parkinson's disease for 30 (diagnosed at 37) years and when anything happens to affect my health, my Parkinson's temporarily gets much worse. Well, receiving my second Covid vaccination this week paralyzed me! And I absolutely COULD NOT fall.

Alelia to the rescue! She arrived with a big "what can I do to help you" smile. She was very gentle in handling me and gave me the confidence to try and move my hands and feet. Three days later, with Alelia's help, I had shed the vaccination reaction. I was surprised to find that she had disinfected my whole place! 

I'm so grateful to Alelia for her character, her knowledge and her beautiful healing energy!

Lily is knowledgeable, experienced and gives her clients the dignity and the respect they deserve. Highly recommend!

Alelia created some drama around the care for my mom.  She seemed to be well intention but in the end she created stress for me and my mom's care manager.
She quit the job twice leaving us to try to get help for my mom at the last minute.  It was very stressful for me.
I just want to give a heads up for future employers.
