About Aleksandra

Hello! My name is Aleks. I've been working with children since I was 16, when I first began babysitting for neighbors and family friends. Since then, I've gained extensive experience working with children of all ages and abilities through childcare, education, and volunteer work. I've volunteered with children internationally in Indonesia and through my church community, worked as a children's ski instructor, and served as a paraprofessional supporting students with moderate to severe special needs. I also earned my Bachelor's degree in Education Sciences from the University of California, San Diego, where I conducted research in education. I'm CPR certified and have completed mandated reporter training. I'm passionate about creating a safe, supportive, and fun environment where children feel comfortable, cared for, and encouraged to be themselves.
