We hired Aleks as a nanny for an extended period to care for our toddler. Aleks is a kind, dependable, and highly competent caregiver with exceptional attention to detail. Aleks worked for my family 6 days a week over the past month and was an absolute dream! We adore her, as do my boys. She's 100% punctual, a hard worker, and does an amazing job with schedules & playtime. She has a great grasp of how to gently but firmly discipline (my older son is rambunctious & opinionated!) and was a pleasure to have around the house.

Aleks made sure he had a routine, disciplined him if necessary( but it was rare that she had to, because my son loved her so much), gave him responsibilities around the house. The list goes on.  Her work ethic is very hard to find these days. She always made my life easier by making sure my home was tidied up, my kitchen spotless, and helped me with laundry. We were a team! I completely trusted Aleks...she has great common sense and good decision making. She was loved by my whole family. Aleksandra is trustworthy, loyal, kind and super dependable. My children and family adore her and anyone would be lucky to have her in their home watching their children. Aleksandra is kind and gentle but always keeps the upper hand while maintaining patience and control. She will follow directions to the "T" and there are never any surprises. Aleksandra is organized and always punctual. I never have to worry about the kids not getting to their activities or not being prepared. 

Aleksandra took care of my three girls for several years, starting when my youngest was a newborn. She is reliable and the girls love her. I had a demanding full-time job and she made life manageable for me! 

Aleksandra has worked with our family since March 2017 and is a gem - I would highly recommend her to other families.  She is an early morning nanny for our two children (ages 2.5 and infant) and is reliable and trustworthy.  She arrived at our house at 5:30am without missing a day or being late from the day she stated until my maternity leave for us to catch a train - in addition to always being prompt, she is very pleasant to be around, even that early in the morning!!  She goes above and beyond to make sure that our children and dog are happy and our house is always in better shape when she leaves than when she arrived!

She is very trustworthy, SUPER dependable, hard-working, and my kids love her. She takes classes in the morning. Her schedule with us was afternoons and two mornings a week she would come early to get the kids on the bus, so I could get into work early. In addition to helping with the kids, she did laundry, errands, etc. Perfect for a working mom with elementary kids and older! She is really great and we are sad to see her go, but I am leaving my current job.

I had Aleksandra working with me for 3 years full-time taking care of my daughter. A very well respected individual. Not only is she very reliable but the most caring, hands on when it came to my daughter. I had never had an issue, when I needed something even (last minute) she was always there to help me. I was very fortunate to have her as a nanny for our family. From cooking to cleaning (if needed) to running errands and taking my daughter to activities, she was the greatest and no one could replace her!
