Making a difference in the lives of adults and seniors is what drives me. With five years of experience, I am a Certified Nursing Assistant and Certified Home Health Aide. My goal is to support well-being and independence with compassion and empathy. I'm patient, calm, and approachable, which helps me connect with care recipients. I prioritize understanding their preferences and personal history. I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and handle confusion with ease. I provide transportation, run errands, assist with light housekeeping, and prepare meals. I communicate with families through verbal updates, texts, or phone calls, always following their preferred method. CPR and First Aid Training are current.
