About Aleksandra
Experience: 7 yrs
I am a tenured NYC Special Education teacher. I have taught ELA, SETSS, self-contained, ESL, and Reading and Writing Intensive courses. I am NYU NEST certified to work with children with autism as well as CPR/First Aid certified. Prior to teaching, I worked with high schools all over NYC to provide college and career readiness to students. Before my education career I worked in finance and babysat week nights. I genuinely love working with children. I speak 3 languages, drive a car, have a flexible schedule, and am good at what I do.
