Ale has been an indispensable part of our family for the last 16 months. She began caring for our son, E., when he was just 2 months old, and we have watched him thrive under her care until now (18 months). Ale is the definition of a 'hands-on' caregiver. She is incredibly responsible, consistently punctual, and proactive with helping around the house.
