About Alejandra

Hi! I'm Alejandra -- a nanny with 12+ years of experience, a Bachelor's in Psychology, and a certified Montessori teacher with 2 years of classroom work. I specialize in conscious and positive discipline, and I'm passionate about supporting children's emotional, social, and cognitive growth. I've cared for neurodivergent children, including Andy, who has Nicolaides-Baraitser Syndrome -- a rare genetic condition. This experience gave me valuable tools to provide adaptive care and manage medical emergencies. I'm certified in CPR and First Aid, with specific training in seizure response. I'm moving to Fort Lauderdale in August to pursue my masters while continuing to do what I love most: creating safe, joyful, and developmentally informed environments for children.
