About Alejandra

I am a compassionate, creative and sensitive human being. I see vulnerability as a Superpower and not a weakness. Therefore, I seek to create a space where children can just be their authentic selves. I am constantly learning, relearning and even unlearning what it means to show up for others and create space where growth, passions, and connections can occur. I have babysat children from 5 months to 12 years old and beyond. Being an older sister of 15 years apart I have been a caregiver and role model for her. I am mindful of parent's styles of nurturing while bringing myself to contribute to the children's growth and care for them. I have changed their diapers, potty train, read to them and fed them. As a fluent Spanish speaker, I even try to add some Spanish words into the vocabulary. Creativity is part of my being as it is a tool to bring flexibility, problem solving and growth into fruition.
