About Alejandra

For several years, I had the privilege of living with my grandmother, who struggled with dementia. This gave me invaluable firsthand experience in understanding the unique needs of seniors, not only those with cognitive decline but also those navigating the aging process. As a certified pharmacy technician, I have a solid understanding of the medications commonly used in senior care, including those for dementia, chronic conditions, and pain management. Beyond medications, I believe the most important aspect of senior care is compassion, patience, and creating a supportive environment. My experience has taught me how essential it is to approach each individual with respect, listen to their needs, and provide the emotional support that enhances their quality of life.
