I worked with Easter Seals and it was such an amazing feeling. Being able to listen and care for our elderly was so satisfying. They need our love and attention the same way they were able to give others. I love sitting with them, reading, having conversations and playing board games but I mostly love listening to their stories. Some times all they need is someone to listen to them but just importantly hear them.
