About Aleila

I've always known I wanted to work with children, so I pursued a college degree followed by three years of hands-on experience as a childcare provider. I have most experience working with children with disabilities and have provided clinic based therapy to support their developmental needs. I'm patient, calm, and approachable, and have fun playing board games and educational games that promote learning. I'm comfortable caring for two children, ages 1 to 11, and am happy to follow the parents' lead when it comes to household rules and communication. I also have a car, which makes it easy for me to transport children to activities or appointmentsuuu. I'm passionate about fostering children's growth and development and am dedicated to providing a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for them.
