About Aleena

Hi! I'm Aleena-a responsible, warm, and creative caregiver with several years of experience working with children. From 2021 to 2023, I worked as a teacher's assistant at a theatre-based summer camp through Portland Playhouse where I supported children through creative play, and group games. This role taught me how to engage children with patience, clear communication, and a sense of fun, while also maintaining structure and safety. I also have experience performing theatre for young audiences, including touring a production of Winnie the Pooh to nearly two dozen elementary schools across North Carolina, and performing The Little Prince with Northwest Children's Theatre. These experiences strengthened my ability to engage children, communicate clearly, and create a calm, fun atmosphere. I am CPR/AED/First Aid certified, reliable, and attentive, and I enjoy helping kids feel safe, supported, and engaged.
