We have twins (boy/girl) and needed a caretaker for them around 16 months old. My partner and I really needed someone we trusted and were very anxious with the whole nanny process. From our first phone call with Aleana, we knew she was the right fit for our family! Aleana became our full-time nanny until now - twins are 3.5 years old. Having her for two years as part of our family was a blessing. She helped us introduce foods, socializing, potty training, you name it! She was proactive and met other local nannies in the area to provide our kids with a group of friends to socialize with, go to museums with, music classes, play dates, etc. This allowed for growth in the twins' development and understanding of the world around them. She is currently helping us prepare our kids for school and will be a part of that transition process as we wish her the best of luck on her new adventure. Aleana is super professional, kind, respectful, FUN, and we could go on. She's comforting in that she communicates the children’s needs with us on a daily basis. An example of her thoughtfulness - she created a photo album for us and sends pictures daily to our family. We couldn’t have asked for a better individual to join our family, and we are going to miss her! Her support helped us grow as first time parents and become better role models for our kids. She's GREAT and any family out there looking will be just as grateful as we are and forever will be. Thank you, Aleana - for EVERYTHING! -Andrew & Erin
