We only had Neia with us for two weeks and then, to our disappointment, her family had to move back to Massachusetts. In the short time she was with my Mom, she was punctual, friendly, extremely helpful and resourceful. She was always doing things (e.g., straightening things up, cleaning, helping my Mom with organization) without prompting. Her energy is warm and uplifting - she really helped with my Mom's attitude.
